As part of a comprehensive update to the already remarkable lobby at 101 Arch St in Boston’s historic Downtown Crossing, we were commissioned by Wright Architectural Millwork to wrap six - three foot diameter structural columns with a combination of leather lace, piping and synthetic leather wall covering. We highly recommend taking a stroll through this beautiful space redesigned by CBT Architects and executed by Turner Construction.

Turner Construction introduced us to Architectural Leather Works on a recent lobby project in Boston. Our team was impressed with the timely and thorough engagement that Julian provided. He worked to quickly understand the design intent, and then shifted to suggesting an array of options based on his material and fabrication expertise. He produced sketches and physical mockups to communicate solutions and indicate constructability. When, prior to opening, another trade inadvertently damaged one of the installations, Julian was quick to respond. We were thrilled with the craftsmanship of the final product and we enjoyed the collaborative process that this uniquely custom detail required.”
